Long Term Suspension Order Breaches

Cooper, Sandler, Shime & Schwartzentruber LLP also assists clients facing charges of breaching the conditions of their long-term supervision orders [LTSOs]. Generally, an offender who is suspected with breaching their conditions can be charged with a new criminal offence (or offences) and will have their release suspended, meaning that they will be returned to jail pending the outcome of the charges. Individuals found guilty of breaching their long-term supervision orders often face lengthy periods of re- incarceration. Our team can assist offenders in defending these charges and in obtaining the best possible outcome if a finding of guilt is made.
