CSSB completes its work on critically important report on Toronto police, missing persons investigations and marginalized & vulnerable communities
On April 15, 2021, the Independent Civilian Review of Missing Person Investigations in Toronto released its final Report. Judge Gloria Epstein was the Independent Reviewer.
