On June 13, 2013, Jonathan Shime and Megan Schwartzentruber represented the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS and HIV & AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario at the Supreme Court of Canada as intervenors in the case of R. v. Bedford.
