Megan Schwartzentruber appears on CTV News to discuss the latest criminal cases from the Supreme Court of Canada

Megan Schwartzentruber, senior associate at Cooper, Sandler, Shime & Bergman LLP, appeared on CTV News on April 15, 2016 to discuss the Supreme Court of Canada’s recent decisions in relation to the constitutionality of mandatory minimum sentences for drug offences (R. v.
